Setting Up Email in Outlook Express
Step 1: In Outlook Express, go to Tools > Accounts.

Step 2: Select 'Add" then select "Mail..."

Step 3: Enter your Display name, (this is the name your
email recipients will see when then receive your email) and click next.

Step 4: Enter your email address that we have supplied you
with and click next.

Step 5: Select POP3 as the incoming mail server and enter
in the server details we have provided you with (as pictured) and click next.

Step 6: Enter in your account name and password, check the
"Remember Password" box and click next.

Step 7: In the internet accounts window, highlight the
account you have just created and click properties..

Step 8: In this window you can rename what you want this
connection to be called, just replace "pop.tradingup2.net" with whatever you
would like.

Step 9: Click the servers tab at the top of the properties
window and check the box that says "My server requires authentication"

Step 10: Click settings and make sure that the button for
"Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is checked, then click OK.

Your Email Account is now successfully set up.
