Setting Up Email in Microsoft Outlook

Step 1: In Microsoft Outlook, go to Tools > E-mail Accounts.

Step 2: Select 'Add a new e-mail account' and click Next.

Step 3: Choose POP3 from the list of server types and click Next.

Step 4: Enter your name and the details that we have provided you: Email Address, User Name, Password, and the Incoming and Outgoing mail server addresses (as pictured). Also tick 'Remember Password'.

Step 5: Click 'More Settings' and in the new window go to the 'Outgoing Server' tab and tick the box marked 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' and select 'Use same settings as my incoming mail server'. Then click OK.

Step 6: Click Next.

Step 7: Click Finish.

Your Email Account is now successfully set up.
